Last week, Eric gave us his take on Jeeves’ famous hangover cure.
We also thought it would be fun to ask our good friend and Brooklyn mixologist extrordinaire, Tim Miner, to have a stab too.
You can find Tim at magictouchcocktails.com and on Instagram @timminer. Give him a shout if you’re after help designing cocktail menus or want to take a mixology class, which is a whole lot of fun!
Take it away Tim…
Hi everyone,
I went back to the drawing board and worked up a “fizz” that is along the lines of classic eye-openers. All in all, the drink is great and looks really nice.
This drink contains no ice and is meant to be taken down in one or two big gulps. This is an eye opener. It’s a tool to best a hangover. This is no sipping cocktail. If this doesn’t work go get yourself a greasy bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and go back to bed.
– Tim
